The Coyoacan Spanish School curriculum is highly structured, following a “communicative approach to Spanish with emphasis on the acquisition of fundamental vocabulary and intuitive learning of grammar skills.” Group classes have a maximum of 6 students and private lessons are available. Each session is devoted to guided conversation, pronunciation, and written and oral exercises. A Mexican cooking (and eating!) class is offerred on Friday afternoons. All activities are in Spanish with an emphasis on improving speaking and listening skills. With the interaction of language, culture and society, learning is not confined to the class room. We offer special programs for children during Summer.
